Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy grants you a 30-day window from the time you receive your item to initiate a return.
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation, provided the order hasn’t been shipped. If your order is within this timeframe and hasn’t shipped, we will cancel it upon your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, and you’ll need to go through our return process for a refund.
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if there’s any damage.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer during checkout.
Returns should be sent to an address provided by our customer care representative.
We take significant measures to ensure our products are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We only consider an item damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to the packaging alone, such as dented boxes, without harm to the product itself, does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report damage, email us with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll assess whether you qualify for a no-cost replacement. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Our company offers international shipping free of charge. For returns, customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of the return shipping label. We will provide the return address but will not cover any additional charges.
Customers must ensure the return is delivered successfully, including the use of tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages. If a return is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
Certain items, like custom products (including special orders, bulk orders, or personalized items), cannot be returned. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
To exchange an item, first return the original item. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Order cancellations after shipping are not eligible for immediate refunds. If an order has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return to qualify for a refund.
Please double-check the shipping address you provide. Incorrect addresses leading to the need for a replacement will incur a replacement fee. Unclaimed deliveries or packages lost in transit will be escalated to the shipping company, which will decide on refunds or replacements based on their policies, not ours.
Failure to coordinate delivery acceptance with us or the shipping company, resulting in undelivered packages, makes the customer fully liable. We cannot guarantee address changes after ordering will be processed; delivery will be attempted to the address on file. We are not responsible for delays in shipment as we do not handle the shipping directly, and such delays will not qualify for refunds.
It may take up to 10 business days to inspect your returned product and another 14 business days to process the refund.
